The Health and Physical Education curriculum develops students’ knowledge, understanding and skills of personal, social and community health, as well as movement and physical activity. Students have the opportunity to optimise their health and well-being by participating in a range of physical activities and building strong, positive relationships. HPE supports student’s personal development and encourages students to build and maintain satisfying relationship, with understanding and identifying a strong sense of self through resilience, self-confidence, persistence and determination. Students can enhance their physical fitness and improve their skills for athletics, swimming and various individual and team sports.
In Term 1, Junior
